[spoiler]Each of the words is a tea minus two letters, so we have [E]A[R]LGREY, [D]ARJ[E]ELING, LAP[S]A[N]G, and E[N]GLISH BRE[A]KFAST (ER, DE, SN, NA). There's a lot of references to "left" and "right" (in the text, which color is correct, where the picture is, which direction the handle is pointing) which might pick one of the two letters, but we can't make any words out of this...[/spoiler]

Edit: Found the answer but don't know how it works?

[spoiler]The answer is an anagram of ER+DE+SN+NA, but I'm not sure if the anagram is clued any way.[/spoiler]
