The first puzzle in the book that has me stuck (didn't take long!)
With the references to locations and prime, should I focus on the prime numbers in those coordinates? And do they correspond to pages in the book (the ref to meta makes it seem so)? Plus the highest number on the list is 149 and there are 149 puzzle pages.
Am I barking up the wrong tree?

You're right with page numbers, but it's a different meaning of prime. Have a look to see what each set has in common.
